We want you to get the care you deserve.
We are Mia and Paloma.
We are life partners and parents to two beautiful children.
We understand postpartum not only through training, but through living it. The tired days, the long nights and the feeling of doing it far from support.
We have been there ourselves. We know how demanding it can be and how different it feels when someone is there to help.
This is why we do this work.
Our care is gentle, respectful, and shaped around each family. We come into your home with open hands, ready to listen, to help, and to hold space during this time.
Mia has worked in the Mental Health Space as a nurse for over 15 years. Her presence is calm and steady, shaped by years of caring for others and by becoming a parent herself.
She brings confidence to postpartum care—supporting recovery, answering questions, and helping parents to trust their own instincts. Mia believes in moving at your pace and letting things unfold naturally.

Paloma is originally from Spain and offers postpartum support in both English and Spanish.
She has lived in several countries and began her family far from home. She understands the loneliness and challenges that can come with postpartum when your roots are far away.
In her early 20’s, Paloma worked as an au pair supporting families in their homes, and saw first hand, how much help changes everything. She brings warmth, cultural understanding, and respect for each family’s way of being.
